PHOTOGRAPH/INTERVIEW RELEASE AND INDEMINITY AGREEMENT

The undersigned, on behalf of Participant, GRANTS PERMISSION to be PHOTOGRAPHED, VIDEOED, or INTERVIEWED in
connection with the Activities. The Undersigned understand that any such photograph, video or interview may be used
by the Release Parties for television, film, video, visual, graphic, or printed media. The undersigned, on behalf of the
Participant, agrees to RELEASE and INDEMNIFY the Release Parties with respect to any Claims related to the usage of such photographs or interviews by the Release Parties or any media-including, but not limited to, the types of Claims enumerated in Paragraph 1.

In consideration of my child being allowed to compete in the “Mutton Bustin” at the Rodeo of the Ozarks between June 24-27, 2026, and ending at the evening performance on June 27 ,2026 the Undersigned, as a parent(s) of the child, hereby release the Springdale Benevolent Foundation, a non-profit corporation, the Board of Directors of the Rodeo of the Ozarks, or any of their agents, employees, or representatives. From any and all damages, claims, and liability in connection with any injuries sustained by my child, while competing in the “Mutton Bustin” competition.

The “Mutton Bustin” involves a competition in which a child, age 4-6, who is under 55 pounds, rides a sheep that is let out into the arena. We hereby acknowledge that this activity could be dangerous to our child. This is intended to be a full release, releasing the above stated organization and persons from any and all claims and liability in connection with our child’s participation in the event.
